Leaves of Grass aka McCurtain Gold aka Weed
We just want to warn you As soon as this film comes out Weed sales here are going to go up So to avoid the rush We'll be taking your orders now
LOL this blog always makes me miss home...I am not from Idabel but close enough. As long as you don't tease me with pictures of biscuits and gravy I will pull through.
Josh, Louisiana has become a Holywood haven these days. It's cheap and you can get all the scenery you need. Sure, McCurtin County would have been cheaper, but do they really want to be on location for six months or so? Much better for them to stay in Shreveport and gamble on the weekends.
By the way, I have a question for the writers of this blog: how can I e-mail you? I would like to submit a great Idabel story, if not to re-publish here, to derive entertainment from. I did not write the story, but it was found by a good friend of mine on the Something Awful forums. I don't even know the poster's username. It's about 3-4 pages long, but definitely worth it. If you would like to read it, feel free to email me at auslmar@gmail.com
They could gamble at the Choctaw Casino. Plus we have all the good pot! How can they do a movie about this part of Oklahoma and Oklahoma pot....if they don't come to this part of Oklahoma and smoke the pot? Edward Norton could've at least come and researched our pot.
I'm from broken bow and this movie was based in events that happened in the late 80's to late 90's McCurtain County gold is not even used here its know for the growth and export of this marijuana we do not have good marijuana here we have tons of idiots that think it is though its just Reggie that they smoke here....
Yeah well I smoked the weed from Idabel and it sucks you have to fund a redneck that grows his own and he trust you enough to let you smoke the good stuff
