One Code Enforcement Officer (male age 50) - charged with first degree rape of a 13-yr-old.
Two Sanitation Department Employees - One male, age 44, - charged with sexual battery.
One male, age 32, convicted felon -charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and distribution of methamphetamine.

Looks like the new Mayor is doing his job. Idabel never had back ground checks on city employees till now.
I wonder if the church lady allegations were separate charges, or a single incident? Some one find out pls.
Prosecutors filed a dozen felony counts against her for allegedly having sex with a 15 yr old boy. 7 counts lewd molestation and 5 counts of 2nd degree rape. It's not looking good for her. The kid had naked pictures of her on his phone that she sent to him, plus text messages, plus she bought him the phone....allegedly.
This is just depressing.
