State Representative Dennis Bailey apologized for his poor English used in his Capitol Reports.
I must tell you I did poorly in college on grammar 38 years ago, but made A's on content! I am also used to e-mailing about 3-400 items a week lately and you develop bad habits with that too!
Oh No! Looks like 'Disappointed in SE Oklahoma' has someone else to be disappointed with.
